Do Angel Food Cake Rise

Serve this light and airy cake with berries for a low-cal dessert. Or if you want a more corrupt dessert embrace it with a whipped frosting.

Grade Dessert

Cuisine American

  • one 2/3 cups egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ane teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 one/4 cups cake flour
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 i/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 1/4 teaspoon common salt
  • Beat egg whites until potent peaks course. Gradually add together saccharide and vanilla

  • Mix together flour, powdered saccharide, cream of tarter and salt

  • Add to egg whites a few tablespoons at a time, folding in thoroughly and carefully

  • Pour the batter in an ungreased angel nutrient tube pan and bake 350 degrees for 45-fifty minutes or until washed.

  • Invert pan for two hours and then carefully loosen sides of cake to aid release from pan.

Concluding Thoughts
